About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with Business and IT teams to gather requirements and design information management solutions across various processes like HR, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

You'll work to develop integrated solutions by configuring SAP & OpenText products, while also translating business needs into technology-driven solutions. You'll write functional specifications and collaborate with development teams when customisations are required.

Additionally, you'll provide ongoing support for clients' long-term information management roadmaps, ensuring continuous improvement by implementing the latest technologies and adapting solutions to evolving business needs.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-focused field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience designing and implementing information management solutions using OpenText or SAP technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel for short-term engagements.
• Fluency in English.

It would be great if you also have experience with:

• OpenText Content Suite
• OpenText Extended ECM for SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, or Office 365
• OpenText Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP DMS, ArchiveLink, and SAP BTP
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
