Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Leading SAP MDG Implementations: Work with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP MDG to enable robust master data management processes.
• Analyzing Business Needs: Partner with business teams to understand their master data challenges and deliver solutions that meet their needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Configuring and Customizing SAP MDG: Set up and enhance MDG solutions, including data modelling, UI configuration, workflows, and validations.
• Driving Data Governance: Develop and implement master data governance strategies, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Ensuring Integration: Work with other SAP modules (eg, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba) and external systems to enable seamless master data flow across the enterprise.
• Providing Ongoing Support: Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and train end-users to maximize the value of SAP MDG solutions.
• Promoting Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance master data processes and support change management initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
• 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP MDG.
• Proven track record of end-to-end SAP MDG implementations.
• Strong understanding of master data domains (eg, customer, vendor, product, finance).
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in SAP MDG configuration, including data models, UI modelling, and BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and associated master data objects.
• Experience with workflows, validation rules, and custom enhancements in SAP MDG.
• Business Acumen:
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance and its impact on business processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities and work in fast-paced environments.
