SAP HANA Developer - SAP BIS/CI Implementation

RED are looking for an experienced SAP HANA Developer to join a long-term implementation project starting as 12month, remote (with very occasional travel once per quarter)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing either SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS) or Continuous Improvement (CI) solutions. You will be responsible for developing and configuring technical solutions to automate business process monitoring, detect exceptions, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions using SAP BIS or Continuous Improvement (CI) tools to support monitoring and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) and business users to refine technical requirements for Continuous Monitoring use cases.
• Build and configure monitoring rules, leveraging SAP HANA views, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Ensure solutions align with the SAP ECC data model and business process requirements.
• Document technical designs and implementation steps in the knowledge base.
• Work in an agile development environment, contributing to sprints and ensuring quality delivery of solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience implementing either SAP BIS or Continuous Improvement (CI) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, including HANA views and SQL development.
• Familiarity with the SAP ECC data model and its integration with monitoring tools.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
