Job Description

We have a position with a leading European Aviation Organisation to support their SuccessFactors roll out in Germany.

5 Key Skills Required:

- German Payroll experience.

- SAP SF/HCM.

- Prior SAP HR project experience.

- Ability to work individually and as part of the team.

- German language - advantage.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

- Configure SAP SF module to align it with German payroll and country legal regulations.

- Implement changes and updates in the SAP system based on German laws and regulations.

- Generate reports and store data.

- Monitor SAP Payroll processes to ensure smooth run of the systems.

- Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and users to provide necessary support and training.
