We are seeking a SAP Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects for a large enterprise pharma client. This is a fully remote, permanent role with no travel or office attendance required. While pharma experience is a plus, it is not essential-we are looking for a strong SAP leader who can drive transformation and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget
Manage SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade programs across multiple modules and business units
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives
Define project roadmaps, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and compliance standards
Manage vendor relationships, third-party consultants, and offshore teams as required
Drive continuous improvements and innovation within the SAP landscape

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an SAP Delivery Manager, SAP Program Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and key SAP modules (eg, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, BW, or SuccessFactors)
Expertise in SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Experience working in a complex, enterprise-level SAP environment
Pharma industry experience is a plus but not essential
