SAP Change Manager Slovenian Speaking

We are looking for a skilled SAP Change Manager to drive a template roll out project.

The contract will be for 1 year and looking for someone to be onsite 1 trip per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with local users for the SAP Change strategy
• Lead stakeholder communication across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct impact analysis and identify risks, with mitigation strategies.
• Oversee change implementation, ensuring milestones are met.
• Monitor success metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP organizational change management
• Expertise in change management methodologies
• Experience leading teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Slovenian speaking a bonus
