Job Description

Client is currently running a very large scale SAP BRIM implementation and we are currently looking for SAP SOM Experts to join to the team

Details:

  • SAP BRIM/SOM Leads and Architects. (2x positions)
  • Location: Remote work for project based in Poland.
  • Onsite visits to Wroclaw,Poland for 2-3 days every 10 weeks is planned. Candidates are expected to be open for travels.
  • Start: ASAP/Open to discuss
  • Duration: 31.12.2025 + extensions for the next 24-36 months

Scope of work

Role1: We are looking for an experienced SOM consultant who can play a role of Project Manager who will help us in creating a realistic time plan and timely deliver the solution for CRM to SOM transformation. Additionally, we expect this person to be a Scrum Master for the team responsible for the transformation to help the team, together with Product Owner, to optimize the outcome of their work.Agile team that is responsible for both one-time and runtime delivery.

Role2 : We are looking for a very experienced technical SOM consultant who will support our team in the CRM to SOM transformation in upcoming year. We expect this person to be a technical leader who will help us to avoid pitfalls, advice the best solutions for our needs and make the implementation as smooth as possible from technical perspective.

Agile team that is responsible for both one-time and runtime delivery.

  • Implement new features and maintain the existing solution
  • Propose improvements for SAP BRIM and specifically to SOM area
  • Be proactive and propose support to the team in terms of quality
  • Promote Quality & Continuous Improvement mind-set in the day to day activities

Required skills:

  • 6+ years of solid experience with SAP BRIM and specific skills with SOM
  • Have proven experience with last version of SAP SOM/S/4HANA 2023
  • Strong skills with SAP CRM
  • Minimum 2-3 full cycle projects within SAP BRIM and SOM environment
  • Able to analyse and solve day to day issues from business
  • For technical lead: Technical proficiency in Fiori, ABAP, APIs
  • For functional lead: Great project management skills
  • Experience in Scrum or other agile methodology will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
