SAP BI Lead

Conexus are partnered with a global consulting client, that are searching for a SAP BI Lead to join them on a permanent basis in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP BI implementations, upgrades, and optimisation's.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Engage with stakeholders, business teams, and technical consultants to drive SAP BI best practices.
Provide expert guidance on SAP BW/4HANA, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and ideally Datasphere.
Ensure seamless system integration and data migration within SAP environments.
Develop and optimize reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical insights.
Manage risk, project timelines, and budgets effectively.
Key Requirements:
14+ years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAC.
Experience with SAP Datasphere is highly desirable.
Proven track record in leading SAP BI projects, including full life cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of data modelling, reporting, and analytics best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in a hybrid work model (on-site & remote) within the Netherlands.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
