SAP Basis Administrator

SAP Basis Administrator- Parkstein, Germany- Permanent opportunity

I am currently supporting a global automated logistics organisation on their search for an SAP Basis Administrator to join their team in Parkstein on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out installations (on-prem/SAP on Cloud), upgrades, enhancement packages, add-ons, release changes, Kernel updates, system/client copies and the creation of documentation and instructions.
• Coordination, optimization, and support of the SAP system landscapes (ERP, NetWeaver Gateway, ADS, HCM, Solution Manager).
• Management of the transport landscape, monitoring and supervision of the SAP systems and the associated interfaces.
• Carrying out performance analyses, troubleshooting and solving technical problems in SAP Basis.
• Analysis and conception of SAP authorization management.
• Participation in the S/4 HANA conversion project.

Experience required:

• Practical experience in the SAP administration environment, basic support of SAP technologies, ABAP, and Java system landscapes.
• Knowledge and practical experience in programming ABAP.
• Experience in dealing with the operating systems Windows/Linux and relevant databases (Oracle and HANA).
• Strong communication skills in German and English with the ability to work in a team and be creative.
