Salesforce Support Consultant

Are you currently looking for a new role? I am looking for a Salesforce Support Consultantfor a client of ours on a fully remote basis.

Please note a requirement for this role is a minimum 2.1 Bachelor's degree in computing, IT or in a business-related field.

This role will be on a shift pattern with the hours are between 8am - 8pm (8-4:30 or 11:30-8)

You should have:

• Minimum 2.1 Bachelor's degree in computing, IT or in a business-related field
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• 1-3 years of salesforce support experience
• Experience with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely
• Resolve customer issues and concerns
• Document customer queries and maintain records of each customer's issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and provide the best possible customer experience
