By offering a one-stop Device-as-a-Service platform, the company empowers SMEs to efficiently equip their teams with up-to-date technology, optimising resource management and driving productivity. With its innovative approach, the company addresses the £4 billion IT expenditure of UK SMEs, promoting sustainability and reducing waste.

Through its platform, the company enables finance and IT teams to control costs, gain visibility, and manage IT assets effortlessly. Built with scalability in mind, the platform is designed to simplify and streamline technology access, providing comprehensive support for growing businesses.

Role overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the company's reach within the mid-market sector by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential B2B clients. This role is critical to driving growth, as you'll contribute to building a robust sales pipeline and fostering relationships with target accounts. Joining a collaborative team, you'll benefit from a supportive culture where innovation and customer-focused thinking are valued. With a hybrid work model and a vibrant office near the heart of London's tech scene, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and connect with the team.

The role requires the right candidate to maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions within the CRM, strategically identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers to spark interest in the company's technology and build a strong pipeline. You will be expected to set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives/senior leaders and prepare weekly reports to track your progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggesting appropriate products or services add-ons, you will, in cooperation with the Demand-Gen Marketing team, provide feedback and help identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.

What you're good at:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B/SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong communication skills, both via phone and email
  • Fast-thinker, fast-executer, self-motivated and results-orientated
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in tech-focused sales or lead generation
  • Familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing strategies
  • Interest in moving up within a dynamic sales organisation
  • Tech-savvy, with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics)

Company Benefits:

  • A compelling package with a base salary and bonus scheme that for the right candidate can exceed £40K OTE
  • Stock options
  • An early-stage and fast-moving environment and an experienced management team
  • A friendly environment where trust, accountability, and learning from our mistakes are values cherished on a daily basis
  • Remote work with the occasional meet-up at a shared office space with the rest of the team
