Sales and Renewals Executive - SME Insurance
Annual salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus a monthly bonus for achieving sales targets which ranges from £300-£500.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- A strong drive for sales and a proven record of achieving targets/KPIs.
- Worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues; with excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate hard.
- Rejection handling capabilities and good at overcoming objections.
- Evidence of your strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication skills.
- Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills.
- Desirable Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
What you'll be doing:
In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium-sized businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way.
There is no lead generation required in this role and leads will be given to you from a separate lead generation team. You will be taking mainly all inbound calls but will be required to make some outbound calls when you need to ask clients for instructions.
You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.
Summary of the role:
- These are permanent roles.
- We are based in Llantrisant with plenty of free parking spaces for easy access.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Salary is between £22,000 and £25,000 plus a monthly bonus for achieving sales targets which ranges from £300-£500.
- We have an ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.
