Position overview:Your primary responsibility will be sales, customer service, packaging and order fulfilment. This is going to be a demanding role and you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment; flexibility combined with focus is key. An ideal candidate is someone who is willing to overcome challenges, and with interest in problem solving. This job will require you to learn, multi-task, and develop your skills while actively pursuing interesting new challenges. This is an evolving position with great growth opportunity for your career where you will be able to grow in a dynamic environment together with the company.

What you'll be doing:

1. Sales & Customer interaction: - Process orders and enquiries efficiently in-person, via phone, and online.- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve issues and provide support.- Greet and assist visitors in-store, ensuring a welcoming experience.- Contribute to field sales and distribution initiatives to drive company growth.

2. Warehouse Operations & fulfilment : - Organise and maintain inventory for smooth warehouse operations.- Pack and prepare pallet and box orders for shipping.- Handle product returns and coordinate with freight companies for collections.- Operate a forklift occasionally to manage freight loading and unloading.

Job Requirements:

- A completed university degree (any discipline)

- A valid UK driving license

- Strong attention to detail, communication & number skills, and a knack for problem-solving

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
