Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Executive
Closing Date: 27th December 2024
• Salary - £25,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE • Hours - 40 hours (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00) • Location - Wildcare Ltd, Eastgate House, Moreton Road, Longborough, Gloucestershire, GL56 0QJ
Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Executive to provide advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. You will be responsible for various duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers.
We are looking for someone energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire a thorough knowledge of the company's products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm about the industry.
The successful candidate will receive full training.
• Role Responsibilities
o Ensure the best quality of service to customers. o Approach customers and recommend the most appropriate product or service to meet their needs. o Lead the sales process from end to end, all the way through to the financial transaction. o Manage any returns or customer complaints. o Answer phone calls and provide customer service. o Manage product stock levels and receive inventory. o Maintain the customer database. o Attending corporate events and shows with team members. o Any other duties as required by the business.
• Skills and qualifications
Essential
o Experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role. o Able to balance customer-oriented and a results-driven approach o Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints o Professionalism and outgoing personality. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking abilities. o Positive mindset. o Attentive to detail. o Able to work well in a team. o Hard-working individual.
Desirable
o A keen interest in wildlife or previous ecological experience would be a benefit. o Degree/Masters in Ecology.
