Job Description

We are offering a temporary position with the potential for extension at our Woodhall Spa Quarry location. This role is ideally suited for individuals with proven administrative expertise and a customer-focused approach.

Position: Sales Administrator

Location: Aggregate Industries Limited, Woodhall Spa Quarry, Tattershall Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6YN

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

Contract Duration: 3 months, with the potential for extension

Working Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (42.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Conducting various administrative duties as required
  • Processing cash sales and accepting payments
  • Inputting purchase order numbers into the internal system with accuracy
  • Managing incoming calls and addressing queries
  • Processing and tracking sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with invoice preparation and ensuring billing accuracy
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as finance and logistics to facilitate smooth operations
  • Managing product inquiries and providing customers with relevant product information
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing presentations, quotes, and proposals

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks
  • Confidence in interacting with customers, both in person and via telephone
  • Adaptability in a high-paced work environment

Preferred experience:

  • Prior experience in a Sales Administrator role is highly desirable
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
