Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in addition you will carry out Internal sales and Purchasing on a full time basis based in Coseley. They specialise in the design and manufacturing of Office Solutions.Key Skills:- At least Three years of experience in administrative or clerical roles- Excellent customer service skills to promote client satisfaction- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Active listening skills- Strong organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties- Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands- Good telephone manner- Computer literate- Accuracy & Attention to detail- Working on own initiative- Work under pressureMain Duties of the role include:- Customer Sales order processing- Handling customer enquiries and queries- Answering telephone calls- General Administration- Invoicing- Filing- Managing Office Supplies- Producing purchase orders with suppliers- Chasing outstanding supplier purchase ordersOffice Hours:Monday - Thursday: 8.15am -5pmFriday: 8.15pm -2pm
