We have an amazing opportunity to join one of the most successful telecommunication deployment companies in Germany. Looking for Bauleiter/Projekleiters who can communicate in German C1.
Opportunity to grow and progress with the company due to their growth, they are looking for ambitious people who want to grow and progress, and help them with expanding their division to lead road construction projects with a tech twist-integrating FTTx/FTTh fiber optic infrastructure. You'll oversee roadwork activities, manage teams, and ensure smooth collaboration between civil and telecom work stream

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1. Manage road construction projects: excavation, paving, and site restoration.
2. Coordinate fibre deployment (trenching, ducting, cable installation) alongside roadworks.
3. Lead on-site teams, ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met.
4. Manage subcontractors
5. Ensure road work regulations are met

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Proven background aa Bauleiter in road construction; FTTx/FTTh knowledge is a big plus.
2. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
3. Familiarity with German construction regulations and safety standards.
4. C1 German and valid drivers licence
