Job Description
We have requirements for Risk and Controls Quality Review Analysts who will be responsible for conducting comprehensive quality reviews using client-provided checklists. These checklists incorporate objective and subjective assessments, focusing on the completeness and relevance of control statements and risk rationale statements. The role requires a balance of technical precision and critical thinking, with varying levels of experience required based on the position.

Key Responsibilities: Junior Specialist (1-3 years' experience):- Perform detailed quality reviews using client-provided quality checklists.
- Evaluate control statements and risk rationale statements for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to objective measures and apply subjective analysis effectively.
- Identify discrepancies and flag concerns for further review.
- Maintain accurate documentation of review findings.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and uphold quality standards.
- Oversee the quality review process, ensuring that team outputs align with client expectations.
- Conduct advanced reviews, providing guidance on complex subjective questions.
- Mentor and train junior specialists to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Consolidate findings and prepare comprehensive reports for presentation to client senior staff.
- Liaise with management to ensure smooth operation and address any escalated concerns.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess control statements and risk rationale objectively and subjectively.
- Familiarity with risk and controls frameworks; formal qualifications are not mandatory but beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in written communication for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Financial Services Experience
- Proven experience managing teams and ensuring quality control in deliverables.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities to support junior team members.
- Junior Specialists: 1-3 years of experience in risk, controls, or a related field.
- Supervisors: 4-6 years of experience in risk, controls, or quality assurance, with some team leadership exposure preferred.
