This role is crucial in supporting the operational needs of the organisation and driving the evolution of the Risk & Compliance function.

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks and controls. You will manage a small team, providing direction, guidance, and coaching to ensure high performance and motivation.

• Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

• Ensuring compliance with Information Security and GDPR regulations.
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other accreditations.
