Revenue Operations Manager - Thriving SaaS org; Reading/Home based; £80-85k + bonus, pension etc

Are you an experienced Revenue Operations Manager seeking a high profile, challenging position with free rein to set up & develop a new Revenue Operations function?

My client is a dynamic & successful SaaS provider to the financial services sector; their leading-edge, financial planning software is used by 45% of the UK's advice firms. They are rapidly scaling & investing heavily in their GTM (go to market) team & processes and need an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to play a crucial role in their senior team.

The Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with the CRO & CFO and liaise with enthusiastic teams from sales, marketing, customer service & finance; in order to design & deliver revenue operations processes that suit and really benefit the business & it's continued success.

The Revenue Operations Manager will be setting up the company's new, Revenue Operations function from scratch and devise, deliver & optimise processes to deliver the GTM strategy.

This is a broad & varied role requiring excellent communication/presentation skills, the ability to get under the skin' of the business and identify their needs then, to gain the buy-in of the business (up to C level) for their ideas & solutions.

The role of Revenue Operations Manager will also require proven analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities & areas for improvement; in depth financial understanding (forecasting, budgets etc) and a proven understanding of technology (use of Salesforce, Hubspot etc).

Experience of the financial services market is not essential however; an understanding of the SaaS is required and an awareness of a per user/per month model would be advantageous.

Salary dependent on experience £80-85k + bonus, pension etc.
