Retail Planner- Digital- Contract- 6+ Months- Netherlands

Retail Planner responsibilities:
* You will work closely with Merchandising team and Digital Platform team and collaborate with key partners to ensure we have the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time.
* You will utilize existing tools to analyse performance and assess risks and opportunities, driving tactical actions to reach financial targets, and participate in new planning capabilities establishment as the business evolves.
* Collaborate with Merchandising, Digital Platform, and key partners to ensure timely product availability.
* Analyze performance using existing tools, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions to achieve financial targets.
* Influence budget and target setting based on analytics and strategy.
* Utilize data insights to understand consumer needs and market performance, refining pre-season plans and in-season actions.
* Forecast key product classifications, combining numbers with strategy in a collaborative process.
* Communicate trends, risks, and opportunities clearly with recommended actions.
* Lead weekly trading meetings, summarize information, and create action plans to achieve financial goals.

Retail Planner requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in Retail Merchandising/Planning, E-commerce.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong Excel skills and experience with planning and analytics tools.
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project leadership skills.
* Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability.
* Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau are a huge advantage
* Good analytical capabilities
* Retail project experience would be greatly welcomed
* Ability to challenge the status quo and curate short and long-term supply chain strategies to support continuous improvements
* Experience working in complex environments

* Start date: ASAP
* Location: Netherlands- Hybrid
* Duration: 6 months with extensions
