Site Manager required by Belfast based contractor for large scale residential projects (No UK travel)

They are seeking to add an experienced Site Manager to their workforce for upcoming local residential housing projects.
Your new role
As a Site Manager with this contractor, you will oversee the daily operations of their residential construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities.

Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Communicating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define work requirements and provide progress updates.

Preparing and negotiating cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.

Selecting and managing subcontractors and staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Resolving any work problems or emergencies that may arise on the site.

Ordering and managing materials and equipment.

Documenting all job site activities and preparing reports for management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in residential construction delivering large-scale developments.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Relevant certifications such as the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
