Experienced Resident Experience Officer

Resident Experience CoordinatorWest London - hybrid workingEither 6 months temp or 6 months fixed term, likely to be extended£36,036 per annum or £18.43 Paye per hour 37.5 hours a week
Main Purpose
Our client a housing association based in West London is looking to recruit a Resident Experience Coordinator for 6 months initially. As the successful candidate you will coordinate, organise and provide administrative help and support to a range of customer-facing staff, by resolving the more complex tenancy-related issues without the need for direct supervision.
You will manage resident feedback and deal with residents over the phone regarding the feedback of their experience, and essentially improve the service they are being provided by liaising with different teams within housing and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve a wide range of queries ensuring that the information provided is accurate and current, dealing with any problems as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and computerised information systems that are relevant to the service(s) delivered.
  • Analyse customer records and modify them in accordance with written procedures.
  • Identify discrepancies in systems and arrange for these to be reconciled.
  • Deal with customer feedback, taking action as necessary to resolve customer dissatisfaction
  • Note and report any areas where improvements are needed to minimise waste and increase levels of customer satisfaction.

  • You will need experience of managing resident's feedback and also dealing with initial complaints.
