Social housing provider in Sheffield.
Your new role
35 hours per week in the office over 5 days.
ASAP start- temp until end of March.
Previous social housing experience required.
Must be competent at using IT systems and comfortable liaising with tenants using email, telephone, face to face, social media and letters.
Booking in repairs and handling tenant queries relating to repairs requests and other housing related issues.
Dealing with the maintenance contractors to track progress of jobs.
