Job Description

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit Registration Officer for an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extensions on rates of £15.82 per hour.

*Please note, BPSS clearance is needed for this role*

Responsibilities:

- Checking to ensure that applications for registration have been correctly submitted, completed and meet statutory requirements.
- Processing the applications through the electronic finance system/case management system.
- Examining the documents to determine the extent of being registered.
- Mapping the extent onto our electronic registration systems to create a cadastral unit.
- Creating a description on the registration system.
- Examining and acting on information.
- Preparing verbal and written referrals for colleagues.
- Sending any incorrect applications back to the customer.
- Entering/verifying relevant information on the electronic registration system.
- Investigating and answering enquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring that organisation's procedures are followed.
