Regional Official x2
North West
Based in Appley Bridge Lancashire
£60,905 per annum
35 Hours per week
Our client has an opportunity for x2 Regional Official's to join the North West Team. Working with lay officers and staff colleagues, you will manage a substantial caseload across a large region, providing individual support and representation to teachers and school leaders.
This is a demanding role, in which you will deal with the complete range of employee relations issues, whilst actively promoting the Union s organising strategy. The role requires tenacity, objectivity, a good understanding of employment law and the ability to advocate successfully.
