Job Title: Receptionist/Pupil Administrator
Location: Kestrel House School, Crouch End, London
Salary: £23,940.21 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.00am - 4.15pm
Contract: Permanent; Term Time plus 3 weeks

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Pupil Administrator to join our close-knit team at Kestrel House School, part of Options Autism.
About the role
To welcome visitors into the school and provide administrative and clerical functions for the school community, ensuring that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and timely way and in compliance with the requirements of the Outcomes First Group and the school senior leadership team.
Kestrel House School is an independent school for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Continuum. All staff contribute to the provision of a supportive, caring, learning environment.
Essential
GCSE Maths and English
Must be experienced and accomplished in the use of office software including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Have a minimum of two years in an office environment
Excellent customer care skills
Able to deal with enquiries, correspondence and reports dealing with complex educational and professional issues
Excellent standard of presentation and interpersonal skills - to be able to act as a reliable and effective first point of contact
Sound organisational and planning skills and a flexible approach

Kestrel House School is an independent special educational needs school in Crouch End, North London, for boys and girls, aged 5 - 16 years who have a diagnosis of Autism. The School has a committed and innovative multidisciplinary well-being team, highly skilled teaching and learning staff; we are in a great position to provide our pupils with the best education and care possible.
