Permanent opportunity for a consultancy based in Bond Street seeking a Receptionist & Office Coordinator!

A boutique consultancy based in the heart of London are seeking a Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join their lovely team! This role will be based 5 days a week in the office.
Your new role

  • Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring professional service always
  • Answering the phone and fielding queries
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering office stock (stationary and kitchen) and ensuring the office is well stocked at all times
  • Coordinating deliveries and organising couriers
  • Providing Health & Safety checks for the office
  • Support with the organisation of social events within the office and outside the office
  • Coordinating the cleaning crew

  • What you'll need to succeed
    • Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-6pm
    • Experience in a similar role
    • Positive and hardworking team player!
