Job Description

We wish to appoint a Receptionist to join our school's Administration Team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering an efficient and professional front of house service at all times.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will also need to have experience of working in a busy office / Reception environment and a good working knowledge of MS Word and email systems.

Salary: Scale 2 (point 3 to 4) £27,711 to £28,128 pro-rata

Hours: 25 hours a week, 40 weeks a year (term time only + Inset Days + 1 week in August) 11:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility to work 12noon - 5pm to support occasional after school events e.g. parents evenings
