Job Description
Reception/Admin, Belfast, £13 per hour, Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, and enquiries Provide administrative support to the department Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone, email, post) Maintain records Support the organisation of events and communications Liaise with other internal teams as required. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:Proven administrative experience, ideally in an educational or customer-facing setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure Friendly, approachable and professional manner
Desirable:Experience working in an educational environment Current Enhanced Access NI clearance or willingness to undergo
