Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Reception pupils, fostering a love of learning from the very beginning.
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports early development and school readiness.
Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to deliver a creative and comprehensive curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote creativity and student well-being.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT with a passion for early years education.
Strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative and forward-thinking approach to teaching and learning.
