Randstad Digital - Senior Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions. You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation within our IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support business goals
• Lead the design of IT systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards
• Provide strategic guidance on technology investments, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, developers, and IT operations, to drive architecture decisions
• Define and maintain architecture frameworks, principles, and governance policies
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with architectural decisions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or related fields
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, MicroServices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with frameworks such as Togaf, COBIT
• Proficiency in modern IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and software development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Dutch, French and English
• Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., Togaf, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ArchiMate are a plus)
