RAN KPI Performance Engineer (KPI, Kalix, Nokia RAN, Business Objects - Migration, Finish Speaking)

ONSITE Helsinki - Finish Speaking

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Duration: 3 months (until June) with a expected 6-month extension

Eligibility: Only Finnish-speaking candidates based in Finland.

Non-EU applicants will not be considered.

We are looking for a RAN KPI Performance Engineer to support a key project in RAN Performance Management & KPI Reporting. The engineer will work closely with the client and experts to ensure smooth reporting, data migration, and RAN troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the client and project experts in RAN KPI Performance Management.
• Will undergo a short Polystar Kalix training for RAN performance reporting.
• Translate RAN team requirements into Kalix portal configurations.
• Prepare, validate, and optimize RAN performance reports.
• Assist in migrating Nokia RAN performance data from Business Objects to a new platform.
• Ensure accurate import of KPIs, formulas, and queries.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and enhance data visualization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in RAN KPI & Performance Management.
• Experience with Nokia RAN networks.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (eg, Business Objects, Kalix).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data migration and reporting.
• Must be a Finnish speaker and based in Finland.
