Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager - FIDIC Contracts

Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager is required to join our client on an energy infrastructure project. The role can be mostly remote, however, some occasional site visits to the North of Scotland will be required. This is a freelance contract, offering a competitive daily rate.

You will be responsible for a wide range of QS responsibilities but a big focus of your position will be surrounding contract management and legal compliance. You will also be accountable for the reporting on this.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Good background working on FIDIC contracts.
• Any prior project work on energy infrastructure projects a big plus.
