I am working with a top consultancy based in Central London, and they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor to join their established team.

Your new role
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing costs, contracts, and ensuring the financial efficiency of our cladding remediation projects

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS (if in the APC process, may also be considered)
• Cost Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract negotiations, manage contractual relationships, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
• Project Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for cladding remediation projects, including materials, labour, and other associated costs
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with cladding remediation projects
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, costs, and any financial issues, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
