What You'll Be Doing As a QA Master Data Specialist, you'll support the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring that quality master data is accurate, compliant, and consistently maintained. You will:

Create and update formulations and item master data in the ERP system

Collaborate with QA leadership on data setup and decision-making

Draft, maintain, and optimize quality documentation (procedures, protocols, etc.)

Deliver internal GMP-related training

Support QA policy development in relation to ERP processes

Share EU-GMP and FDA-GMP expertise across the site

What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of GMP (EU/FDA) and quality systems Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated production environment Familiarity with ERP systems and quality documentation management Higher vocational education (HBO) or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach Available to start within 4 weeks or less
