Quality Engineering Manager

We are currently working closely with a leading organisation who are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.Key responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of reviewing product and project activities to present findings, suggested improvements through the form of an action plan.
• Manage internal quality systems.
• Collaborate with wider product and engineering teams.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

The Successful candidate will have:

• Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience within Quality Assurance.
• Experienced with 8D Methodology, RCA, DMAIC and more.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and strong understanding of RoHS, SCIP, REACH legislative standards.
• Experienced working within a quality assurance environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and MES system skills.
