About the role and practice
If you're a patient-focused Dental Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Botley Dental practice in Oxford.
Full-time hours available, 38 hours per week
Typical shifts are 8.30am-5.30pm
Parking on site, free parking
The practice has 3 surgeries with 4 dentists, 2 hygienists, 4 dental care professionals and 2 receptionists, and we are very proud of our team. We have a loyal patient base. At Botley Dental Practice, we like to treat our patients as individuals and create trust in each other. We understand that attending the dentist is not the highlight of the week and for many it can be the most stressful part of the day.
We try to make the visit as enjoyable as possible and endeavour to have enough time booked out to chat socially as much or as little as the patient desires. It is helpful to us, as dentists, to have as much information about you as a person to understand your needs.
About you
We welcome your application to our Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications (experience in Orthodontics isn't necessary):
Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care.
