QA Process Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing user stories, preparing test plans, executing tests, and ensuring the quality of mobile apps (Android & iOS) through various testing phases.

Daily Tasks:

• Analyze user stories and prepare test plans.
• Conduct app testing (Android, iOS).
• Execute test cases, maintain automated scripts, and track defects.
• Document test results and ensure comprehensive test documentation.
• Perform integration, E2E, and regression testing.

Minimum Technical Skills:

• Expertise in test case design and execution.
• Proficient in mobile app testing (Android, iOS).
• Experience with defect tracking and management.
• Knowledge of test documentation practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, preferably Selenium with Java.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as BrowserStack, JIRA, QMetry, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of various testing types: functional, regression, usability, integration, and E2E.
• Knowledge of browsers and operating systems.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to take ownership of QA processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Understanding of APIs and performance testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
