Purchase Ledger Clerk, Redhill

Your new company
This large commercial client is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established team.
Your new role
You will be a detail-oriented individual and will match supplier invoices to authorised orders, process supplier invoices and credit notes, chase up orders and invoices that require authorisation. You will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements to monthly ledger balances, liaising with suppliers via telephone and writing to answer any queries arising from reconciliations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing for periodic payment runs , scan invoices and credit notes, and handle employee expenses.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of processing invoices along with good Excel skills. Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
Salary £28000 - £30000, pension, enhanced holidays.
