Psychology Graduate What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN)
• Assisting with tailored learning plans and behavioural strategies
• Helping create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure each child reaches their full potential

Psychology Graduate What We re Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is a bonus, but not essential
