Psychodynamic Admin and Communications Lead
London (with hybrid working - a minimum of three days per week in the office)

By training couple therapists and providing clinical services to couples and parents online and at their London site, they provide a range of affordable services to help people with difficulties, sexual problems and parenting challenges.

They are now looking for a Psychodynamic Admin and Communications Lead to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with one later night per week) with some Saturday working to meet the training calendar.

The Role

As the Psychodynamic Admin and Communications Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring excellence in the administration of practitioner training courses (MA and Post Graduate Diploma).

Acting as the first point of contact for trainees, staff and partners, you will organise student enrolment, support academic programme delivery and maintain course records.

You will also manage relationships to support the overall success of the training department and ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders.

Additionally, you will:

- Set up training rooms and equipment for both in-person and virtual sessions
- Administer student loans and bursary processes
- Provide first-class customer service to students and stakeholders
- Maintain the learning hub
- Liaise with accrediting bodies and maintain accurate student records

About You

To be considered as a Psychodynamic Admin and Communications Lead, you will need:

- Administrative experience
- Experience of developing processes and implementing change
- Experience in a customer facing role
- To be educated to degree level
