Prosource - Senior Business Analyst

We are looking an experienced Business Analyst to join one of our clients in brussels north. the consultant will play a key role in analyzing, structuring, and optimizing business processes and systems. working closely with various stakeholders, you will identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions that align with the organization's strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
  
• Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of needs and expectations.
  
• Conduct data analysis to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
  
• Assist in implementing process improvements and new systems.
  
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior Business Analysts.
  

Your profile

• Experience: At least 5-7 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  
• Exposure to process improvement in environments with developing process maturity is an advantage.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
    
  • Solid understanding of how technology enhances business operations and how systems can be optimized for better performance.
    
  • Experience with BA methodologies, Agile, Scrum, and Lean.
    
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CE is a strong plus.
    
  • Self-driven and adaptable.
    
• Languages: Dutch and English Mandatory, French is a plus.
