Full-time permanent Property Progressor role in Newton Abbot- up to £30k

Working for a privately owned company based in Newton Abbot.
The role is full time Monday - Friday.Salary is £28k - £30k

Your new role
The role will involve the following:

Liaise with a range of contractors to obtain quotes and availability for reports to be undertaken to include building survey & valuation, gas, electrical, asbestos, timber & damp and any other reports necessary.

Communicate with agents to educate the necessity of the due diligence required and organise the specialist visits.

Working with the directors, line managers and departments to resolve any potential issues

Produce reports in a timely manner

Being a point of contact for agents and clients/stakeholders for advice

Manage expectations

Implementing ideas and strategies to improve efficiency and timescales

Identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Reviewing architectural plans for adaptations based on individual client needs.

Networking with agents and clients to form long standing working relationships.

Diary management, handling enquiries, scheduling and co-ordinating meetings and appointments.

Recording and management of client and agent data.

Marketing using social media.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience within residential sales or sales progression within estate agency preferred

Good legislation knowledge

Planning and time management skills

Administrative skills

Communication skills

Organisation and prioritisation skills

IT literate.
