As a Production/Projects Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing the full journey of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include:

Acknowledging customer orders and logging them into internal systems.

Assigning production orders to third-party manufacturers.

Keeping customers in the loop with regular progress updates.

Working with manufacturers to secure any extra parts needed.

Coordinating shipping to deliver the final product to the end customer.
