RedCarpet is looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Mainframe and specifically hardware migrations. You will be working on a highly complex project within a high-critical infrastructure. The migration involves upgrading from an IBM Z-series to Z17, which must be successfully completed by the end of October.
Your Responsibilities Leading the migration project from IBM z-series to Z17. Coordinating all involved stakeholders and teams. Ensuring project objectives are met within time and budget. Identifying and mitigating risks in the migration. Ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on business operations. Weekly on-site presence at the client's location.
Your Profile Proven experience as a Project Manager within Mainframe environments. Extensive experience with hardware migrations, preferably with IBM mainframes. Experience with upgrades to IBM Z17 is a strong plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with complex, business-critical infrastructure projects. Availability for fulltime.
