35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

£41,811 (London weighted) or £37,314 (non-London weighted) + Excellent Benefits

The role

This role sits within the Professional Development team which provides a range of services, including developing professional guidance, creating professional development resources, encouraging research & supporting development of the evidence base relating to speech & language therapy.

The Project Manager, working alongside other team members, is responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of RCSLT's online professional guidance and resources. The postholder will also facilitate RCSLT involvement in the development of guidance and resources produced by external stakeholders.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively within a team environment and can manage multiple on-going tasks. The successful candidate will have project management knowledge and expertise, knowledge of quality assurance standards and frameworks, understand the complexities of working with a variety of stakeholder groups and an interest in developing the knowledge of Speech and Language Therapy.
