Project Manager

What you will do

At Johnson Controls, Marine & Offshore, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Holme, Aarhus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects related to refrigeration and control systems for our Marine customers.

How you will do it

• Follow our ISO9001 Operational Excellence Model to ensure the delivery of quality products at competitive prices, alongside exceptional service and support that exceeds customer expectations.
• Manage project teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead project teams from kick-off to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines and tracking deviations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project deliverables are underpinned by robust design, procurement, production, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Take full ownership of contract management to enhance operational and financial performance through risk mitigation and opportunity exploitation.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or an experienced Engineer looking to transition into Project Management.
• A degree in Engineering, with a solid understanding of technically complex products and systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, and the Marine industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and proactive communication skills, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to foster enthusiasm within project teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for building successful relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
