Functie-eisen

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. As part of our project management services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently. It is a temporary project manager role focused on civil and structural projects that involves managing contractors, program management, ensuring compliance with requirements and regulations The project is about replacing the roof membrane and strengthening the roof which will take about 1.5 years. A hands-on approach is preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in engineering or construction projects is essential.
  • Proficiency or knowledge in civil engineering and construction management procedures
  • Ideally, familiarity with data center operations or related knowledge.
  • Experience or knowledge of CAD or modeling software packages such as BIM, AutoCAD, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to project teams, including creating schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop work procedures for contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards (e.g., MOPs, PTWs).
  • Coordinate submittals with site stakeholders and generate change management documentation.
  • Assist in defining scopes of work for design, construction, and commissioning services, as well as participating in procurement activities and cost estimates.
  • Liaise with contractors and facility management stakeholders onsite throughout all project phases.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including obtaining as-built documents, preparing reports, and managing snag lists.
  • Utilize software packages like AutoCAD to incorporate redlined changes and maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions on design/installation development and coordination.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, design, and construction teams to provide input for the Global Switch Project Manager in developing project programs.
  • Aid in monitoring project budget and cost-to-date against the overall project budget.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Primary employment conditions

  • A gross monthly salary of up to €5500
  • 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries

Secondary employment conditions
