Project Manager

Salary: Up £58,929 per annum plus 0excellent benefits.

Contract: 2-year fixed term

Hours Per week: 37.5 hours per week. Within this role you are required to work in-person a minimum of two days per week, in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role

The Project Manager role is a new, fixed-term position reporting to the Change Programme Director. This role supports the 'Our Future Foundation' programme, a significant internal initiative aimed at developing a new target operating model in line with our new strategy.

As a Project Manager, you will bring extensive experience in setting up and managing large-scale, organisation-wide change projects in a complex environment and with multiple dependencies. Your expertise in organisational change, transformation, or design will be crucial in delivering effective change outcomes in accordance with best Organisational Development (OD) practices.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels of seniority to ensure the successful delivery of projects and their alignment with the 'Our Future Foundation' programme.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Work with the Change Programme Director and the Our Future Foundation programme team to design the programme, ensuring the activities are optimal, efficient, and enabling the programme to succeed.
  • Work closely with the programme team members and the working group leads to identify the requirements of each project under the programme. Oversee and monitor the delivery of their work plans, escalating risks, issues and changes where required and reviewing and updating overall plans.
  • Ensure that projects are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
